Job summary

MINT LANDSCAPE PTE. LTD. is seeking a landscape coordinator to support site visits, quotes, and maintenance reporting across multiple sites in Singapore. The role involves coordinating ground crew, preparing maintenance schedules, and handling project administration.

Requirements include 5+ years in landscaping, fluent English, teamwork and multitasking abilities, and proficiency in Microsoft Office. Knowledge in horticulture/arboriculture is preferred.

Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Attend site visits and tender show rounds.
• Prepare quotes and landscape maintenance reports.
• Coordinate work orders with ground crew.
• Prepare maintenance schedules.
• Coordinate simple project administration.
• Monitor and record site staff attendance.
• Handle assigned projects and coordination.
• Liaise with customers on project requirements and progress.
• Perform other duties as required.

Roles & Responsibilities

• Attend site visits and tender show round

• Monitor and recording of site staff attendance


• Handling few projects assigned and coordination


• To be responsible for the administrative and operational for landscape project aspects, including liaise with customers for project requirements and progress


• Other duties as may arise from time to time and as may be assigned to the employee.

Requirements

• Related fields with minimum of 5 yr experience in landscaping industries
