Job summary

Green Spade Pte. Ltd. is looking for a responsible Landscape Supervisor to oversee site operations, coordinate workers and resources, and ensure that projects meet required standards and schedules.

You will monitor progress, management safety, inspect workmanship, and liaise with clients and suppliers on site. The role requires a Diploma in Horticulture or Landscape Management, at least 3 years of relevant experience, and strong knowledge of landscape operations and MS Office.

Qualifications

• Diploma in Horticulture, Landscape Management or related field, or WSQ Landscape Certificate Level 3.
• Minimum 3 years of relevant landscape supervisory or coordination experience.
• Good knowledge of landscape operations, site coordination, and project execution.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications (Word/Excel).
• Effective communication with clients, workers, suppliers and internal teams.

Responsibilities

• Oversee day-to-day landscaping works at project sites and ensure activities follow approved plans and schedules.
• Coordinate with workers, subcontractors, suppliers, and the project team for smooth site operations.
• Monitor progress, workmanship, and site conditions; address issues or delays promptly.
• Plan manpower, materials, equipment, and resources for ongoing works.
• Prepare and update project schedules, site reports, and progress records.
• Assist in preparing quotations, purchase orders, and delivery orders.
• Conduct regular site inspections to identify defects or safety concerns.
• Attend client meetings, site inspections, and tender briefings as required.
• Liaise with clients and relevant parties regarding project requirements and progress.
• Follow up on material deliveries and coordinate with suppliers.
• Ensure completed works meet project specifications and client expectations.
• Maintain proper project documentation for easy reference.
• Support the Project Manager in resolving operational and site-related issues.
• Perform other project coordination and site supervisory duties as assigned.
