Job summary

MAO SHENG QUANJI CONSTRUCTION PTE LTD is seeking a capable Landscaping Supervisor to assist the Project Manager in delivering site-based works. You will coordinate daily activities, monitor progress, ensure quality and schedules, and maintain project documentation while supporting client communications.

The ideal candidate has a Diploma in Horticulture or related field with supervisory experience, strong planning, and proficiency in Microsoft Office for reporting and correspondence.

Qualifications

• Diploma in Horticulture, Landscape Management or WSQ Landscape Certificate for Supervisors (Level 3).
• At least 5 years of related supervisory experience.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office for reports and communication.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate and supervise daily landscaping site activities to ensure smooth operations and adherence to project timelines
• Develop and maintain detailed work schedules to ensure timely completion of landscaping tasks
• Prepare comprehensive reports and records documenting on-site work progress and quality standards
• Generate project-related quotations, purchase orders, and delivery orders to support procurement and project budgeting
• Maintain accurate and organized project documentation and filing systems for easy retrieval and compliance
• Provide administrative support to the project team, assisting with project coordination and documentation tasks
• Attend site inspections, tender show rounds, and meetings to support project execution and compile necessary documents for submissions
• Communicate effectively with clients and team members to address queries and maintain positive working relationships
• Work independently with minimal supervision while demonstrating proactive problem-solving and organizational skills
