The role requires a Diploma in Horticulture or Landscape Management (or WSQ Level 3) and at least 5 years of supervisory experience. Proficiency in MS Office is essential for reporting and coordination on-site.

Qualifications

• Diploma in Horticulture, Landscape Management or related field or WSQ Landscape Certificate (Level 3).
• At least 5 years of related supervisory experience.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications for report preparation and communication.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate and supervise daily landscaping site activities to ensure smooth operations and adherence to project timelines.
• Develop and maintain detailed work schedules to ensure timely completion of landscaping tasks.
• Prepare comprehensive reports and records documenting on-site work progress and quality standards.
• Generate project-related quotations, purchase orders, and delivery orders to support procurement and project budgeting.
• Maintain accurate and organized project documentation and filing systems for easy retrieval and compliance.
• Provide administrative support to the project team, assisting with project coordination and documentation tasks.
• Attend site inspections, tender show rounds, and meetings to support project execution and compile necessary documents for submissions.
• Communicate effectively with clients and team members to address queries and maintain positive working relationships.
• Work independently with minimal supervision while demonstrating proactive problem-solving and organizational skills.
