Job summary

NTUC LearningHub Pte Ltd is seeking a strategic Partnership Manager to drive collaboration with Labour Movement partners, NTUC affiliates, government agencies and employers in Singapore.

You will develop a roadmap to expand training opportunities, manage corporate accounts, and represent LHUB at meetings and events, while building trust and delivering measurable outcomes. Strong negotiation and relationship skills are essential.

Qualifications

• Minimum of 6 years of experience in partnership or business development.
• Proven track record engaging with labour movement, NTUC, or similar organisations.
• Excellent negotiation, communication, and interpersonal skills, with ability to build relationships at all levels.
• Strong project management skills, with ability to manage multiple initiatives simultaneously.
• Knowledge of workforce development trends, labour market dynamics, and lifelong learning strategies.
• Resilient and adaptable in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities

• Strategic Partnership Development: build and manage partnerships with Labour Movement stakeholders and expand outreach to unionised and non-unionised companies.
• Stakeholder Engagement: act as primary liaison between NTUC LearningHub and partners, representing LHUB at meetings and events.
• Business Development: grow revenue and corporate accounts, collaborating with TPE entities to meet joint workplan targets.
