Qualifications

• Tertiary qualification in any discipline.
• 1 to 2 years of experience in stakeholder engagement and/or event management roles preferred.
• Able to work both independently and in small teams.
• Good written and communication skills.
• Meticulous in planning and organizing events.

Responsibilities

• Identify strategic partnerships and collaborate cross-functionally.
• Establish and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders.
• Oversee planning, execution, and evaluation of stakeholder engagements.
• Monitor post-engagement metrics to assess impact.
• Increase awareness of MOM policies through stakeholder engagements.
• Co-develop projects with stakeholders to improve engagement impact.
