NTUC LearningHub Pte Ltd is seeking a strategic Partnership Manager to drive collaboration with Labour Movement partners, NTUC affiliates, government agencies and employers in Singapore.
You will develop a roadmap to expand training opportunities, manage corporate accounts, and represent LHUB at meetings and events, while building trust and delivering measurable outcomes. Strong negotiation and relationship skills are essential.
The candidate will play a pivotal role in driving strategic collaboration and partnership initiatives with the key partners within the Training and Placement Ecosystem (TPE) Partners. This role requires a dynamic individual who can effectively engage key stakeholders, including NTUC affiliates, government agencies and employers to enhance workforce development, placement opportunities, and lifelong learning initiatives.
The ideal candidate should have a strong understanding of building connections and driving development of the training and placement ecosystem. Experience working with stakeholders within the labour movement, building strong networks and driving conversations with employers to align partnerships in promoting workforce training initiatives would be favourable.
To build and manage partnerships with key stakeholders within the Labour Movement through collaborative and mutually beneficial partnerships.
Develop and implement a strategic roadmap to expand outreach and engagement with unionised and non-unionised companies, leading to more training opportunities for workers and companies.
Act as the primary liaison between the NTUC LearningHub and partners, ensuring effective communication and alignment of goals.
Represent NTUC LearningHub at meetings, forums, and events to promote collaboration and partnership opportunities.
Foster trust and credibility with stakeholders through consistent and transparent engagement.
Responsible to grow the revenue contribution and corporate accounts including that from Company Training Committees (CTCs) and other Labour Movement entities that engage LHUB for their workforce training.
To collaborate with the NTUC Training and Placement Ecosystem (TPE) entities, comprising of e2i, IT&T, OTCi to achieve the respective joint workplan targets.
Minimum of 6 years of experience in partnership development, business development, or a related field.
Proven track record of engaging with the labour movement, NTUC, or similar organisations.
Excellent negotiation, communication, and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build relationships at all levels.
Strong project management skills, with the ability to manage multiple initiatives simultaneously.
Knowledge of workforce development trends, labour market dynamics, and lifelong learning strategies.
Resilient and adaptable in a fast-paced and evolving environment.
