Job summary

NTUC LearningHub in Singapore is seeking a dynamic leader to drive strategic alliance and partnership initiatives with key partners in the Training and Placement Ecosystem. The role requires engaging NTUC affiliates, government agencies and employers to strengthen workforce development, placement opportunities, and lifelong learning.

Qualifications

• Minimum of 6 years of experience in partnership or business development.
• Experience engaging with labour movement, NTUC, or similar organisations.
• Excellent negotiation, communication and interpersonal skills.
• Strong project management with ability to manage multiple initiatives.

Responsibilities

• Build and manage partnerships with Labour Movement stakeholders through collaborative partnerships.
• Develop and implement a strategic roadmap to expand outreach and training opportunities.
• Represent NTUC LearningHub at meetings, forums, and events to promote collaboration.
• Grow revenue and corporate accounts including CTCs and Labour Movement entities.
• Collaborate with the TPE entities to achieve joint workplan targets.
