Job summary

National Trades Union Congress (NTUC) seeks a strategic Assistant/Deputy Director, Community & Partnership to lead partnerships, programmes and solutions for workers, jobseekers, youths and graduates. You will shape employment and employability initiatives across portfolios, with a focus on measurable impact for workers, unions and employers.

You will drive collaboration with IHLs, government agencies, unions and industry partners, translating labour market insights into scalable programmes
