Job summary

Recruit Express Pte Ltd is seeking a Healthcare IT Business Analyst to analyse laboratory workflows, gather requirements, and support system implementation including NEHR onboarding. The role involves coordinating UAT, tracking defects, and collaborating with users, vendors and project teams to streamline laboratory reporting and ensure regulatory compliance.

The ideal candidate has 2+ years in healthcare IT or clinical systems, with strong analytical, documentation and communication skills, and

Qualifications

Min. Degree/ Diploma in IT, Healthcare Informatics, Biomedical Science, Business Analytics or a related field.
Min. 2 years of experience in healthcare IT, business analysis, clinical systems or healthcare operations.
Experience in requirements gathering, process analysis and UAT.
Knowledge of LIS, EMR, HIS or NEHR projects is an advantage.
Good analytical, documentation and communication skills.

Responsibilities

Analyse laboratory workflows and gather business and system requirements.
Support system implementation and NEHR onboarding.
Coordinate user acceptance testing (UAT), track defects and follow up on issues.
Work with users, vendors and project teams to improve laboratory reporting processes.
Prepare documentation and support regulatory compliance requirements.
