Qualifications

• 2-5 years of experience in healthcare IT or related roles.
• Experience in requirements gathering, workflow analysis, and UAT.
• Experience with LIS or healthcare operations is preferred.
• Strong analytical, documentation, and stakeholder management skills.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications.

Responsibilities

• Analyse and transform laboratory workflows, systems, and test reporting processes for onboarding to the NEHR.
• Gather business requirements, document system specifications, and identify process improvements.
• Coordinate system implementation, UAT, defect tracking, and resolution.
• Work closely with laboratory users, vendors, and project stakeholders to ensure successful system integration and regulatory compliance.
• Support the programme's target to complete NEHR onboarding by September 2027.
