Job summary

Upper Spring Consulting Pte Ltd is assisting a Healthcare group in Singapore to hire a System and Process Analyst for the Laboratory team. You will analyze laboratory workflows, NEHR onboarding, and compliance with HIA standards, working with vendors and stakeholders to translate requirements into system enhancements and validated test plans.

You will coordinate UAT, support governance, monitor onboarding progress, and contribute to continuous improvement of NEHR onboarding and regulatory

Qualifications

Degree in Information Systems or related field.
2–5 years of healthcare IT, business analysis, clinical systems, LIS, or operations.
Experience in requirements gathering, process analysis, system implementation, UAT, and defect management.

Responsibilities

Analyse laboratory workflows and reporting to identify NEHR onboarding needs.
Gather, document, and manage business, functional, and system requirements with stakeholders.
Map processes, perform gap analysis against NEHR and regulations for improvements.
Review lab test mappings and coding alignment with NEHR specifications.
Coordinate with vendors and application teams to translate requirements into enhancements.
Assess impact on lab operations, workflows, interfaces and downstream systems.
Develop and execute test strategies, scenarios, and validation plans for onboarding.
Coordinate UAT, analyze outcomes, manage defects and resolution.
Validate NEHR submissions for accuracy and regulatory compliance.
Prepare governance docs, onboarding artefacts, and regulatory submissions.
Monitor onboarding progress, identify risks and mitigation plans.
Support CS/DS readiness activities and cybersecurity requirements.
Facilitate stakeholder workshops and requirement review sessions.
Prepare status reports, implementation updates, and governance dashboards.
Support post-implementation reviews and continuous improvement.
