Job summary

Qualifications

• Degree in Information Systems, Computer Science, Healthcare Informatics, Biomedical Science, Business Analytics or related discipline
• Diploma holders with healthcare IT experience may be considered
• 2–5 years of relevant experience in healthcare IT, BA, LIS, or NEHR-related projects
• Hands-on experience in requirements gathering, process analysis, system implementation, UAT coordination and defect management
• Experience with end users, vendors and multiple project stakeholders
• Proficiency in testing methodologies and issue management with strong communication skills

Responsibilities

• Analyse laboratory workflows and identify opportunities for process and system improvements
• Gather, document and translate business requirements into system requirements
• Support onboarding of laboratory systems and test reporting processes to NEHR
• Collaborate with users, vendors and stakeholders to understand requirements and resolve issues
• Coordinate User Acceptance Testing (UAT) including planning, execution, defect tracking and resolution
• Monitor and manage system defects ensuring proper documentation and timely resolution
• Prepare and maintain business requirements, process flows and functional documentation
• Support system implementation activities ensuring alignment with regulatory requirements
• Contribute to healthcare digitalisation and compliance initiatives
• Support other project and process analysis activities as required
