Job summary

Recruit Express Pte Ltd is seeking a Lab System Process Analyst (Healthcare Lab) to analyse laboratory workflows, gather business requirements and support NEHR onboarding. You will coordinate UAT, track defects, and collaborate with vendors and project teams to enhance laboratory reporting processes.

The role requires at least a diploma or degree in IT or healthcare analytics and 2+ years in healthcare IT. Location is Aljunied, Singapore, with a 1-year contract and monthly salary up to SGD 5,000.

Qualifications

• Min. Degree/ Diploma in IT, Healthcare Informatics, Biomedical Science, Business Analytics or a related field.
• Min. 2 years of experience in healthcare IT, business analysis, clinical systems or healthcare operations.
• Experience in requirements gathering, process analysis and UAT.
• Knowledge of LIS, EMR, HIS or NEHR projects is an advantage.
• Good analytical, documentation and communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Analyse laboratory workflows and gather business and system requirements.
• Support system implementation and NEHR onboarding.
• Coordinate user acceptance testing (UAT), track defects and follow up on issues.
• Work with users, vendors and project teams to improve laboratory reporting processes.
• Prepare documentation and support regulatory compliance requirements.
