Job summary

Allied Search Pte Ltd seeks a System Analyst (Healthcare) to analyse laboratory workflows, NEHR onboarding, and HIA compliance in a Singapore healthcare setting. You will gather requirements from lab users, vendors and stakeholders, map processes, validate test mappings, and coordinate testing, UAT and regulatory readiness while ensuring data security and governance.

Qualifications

• Diploma or degree in Information Systems, IT, Computer Science, healthcare informatics or related field.
• Minimum 2 years of relevant healthcare IT experience in IT, business analysis, clinical systems, LIS, or healthcare operations.
• Experience with LIS, EMR, HIS or NEHR is advantageous.

Responsibilities

• Analyse laboratory workflows, reporting processes and system capabilities for NEHR onboarding and HIA compliance.
• Gather and manage business, functional and system requirements with laboratory users, vendors and key stakeholders.
• Conduct process mapping and gap analysis against NEHR and regulatory requirements.
• Review and validate laboratory test mappings, result structures, terminology and coding standards.
• Work with vendors and application teams to translate requirements into system enhancements and implementation solutions.
• Assess the impact of system changes on laboratory operations, interfaces and downstream systems.
• Develop and execute test strategies, test scenarios and validation plans, including data accuracy checks.
• Coordinate UAT, defect management and issue resolution with relevant stakeholders.
• Support HIA readiness, governance, audit preparation, cybersecurity/data security and regulatory compliance activities.
• Monitor project progress, risks and dependencies while preparing status reports, compliance dashboards and management updates, and supporting post-implementation improvements.

Requirements:

• Minimum 2 years of relevant experience in healhtcare environment for IT, business analysis, clinical systems,laboratory information systems (LIS), or healthcare operations.


• Experience in healthcare systems such as LIS, EMR, HIS, or NEHR would be advantageous.
