Job summary

Recruit Express Pte Ltd in Singapore is seeking a business and system analyst for NEHR and HIA programmes. You will ensure laboratory workflows, systems, and test reporting processes are transformed and onboarded to NEHR in compliance with regulatory requirements.

Qualifications

Degree in Information Systems, Computer Science, Healthcare Informatics, Biomedical Science, Business Analytics, or related discipline.
Diploma holders with relevant healthcare IT experience may also be considered.
2 to 5 years of experience in healthcare IT, business analysis, clinical systems, LIS, or healthcare operations.
Experience in requirements gathering, process analysis, system implementation, UAT coordination, and defect management.
Experience working with users, vendors, and project stakeholders.
Experience in healthcare systems such as LIS, EMR, HIS, or NEHR-related projects would be advantageous.
Strong analytical, documentation, and problem-solving skills.

Responsibilities
