Job summary

LIQUIVANCE FILTRATION PTE LTD is seeking a Lab Production Technician in Singapore to support production and scheduling operations. The role focuses on laboratory testing, quality control, equipment maintenance, and collaboration with production teams to ensure timely delivery of filtration products.

The ideal candidate has mechanical/technical background, production exposure, and knowledge of QC procedures and lab safety.

Qualifications

• Preferably has some mechanical or technical background.
• Some experience working in a production environment, preferably in manufacturing or filtration industries.
• Some knowledge of quality control procedures, testing methodologies, and laboratory safety protocols

About the role

We are seeking a Lab Production Technician to join LIQUIVANCE FILTRATION PTE LTD in a full-time capacity, based in Sembawang-Gambas. As a Lab Production Technician, you will play a critical role in our production and scheduling operations, contributing directly to the quality and efficiency of our filtration products. This position is essential to maintaining our operational excellence and supporting the broader manufacturing objectives of the organisation.

What you'll be doing

• Conducting laboratory tests and quality control checks on filtration products and materials to ensure compliance with specifications and standards
• Recording and documenting test results, observations, and findings in accordance with company protocols and regulatory requirements
• Preparing and maintaining production equipment, ensuring proper calibration and functionality
• Assisting in the production process by monitoring key parameters and providing technical support to production teams
• Collaborating with production planners and schedulers to optimise workflow and ensure timely delivery of products
• Troubleshooting production issues and identifying root causes to improve efficiency and product quality
• Maintaining accurate inventory records of laboratory supplies and materials
• Adhering to health, safety, and environmental regulations within the laboratory and production environment
• Supporting the implementation of continuous improvement initiatives and best practices
