Job summary

Lovearth Water Pte. Ltd. is seeking a hands-on Production Supervisor to oversee daily manufacturing operations and lead the production team.

You will ensure production targets, product quality, workplace safety, and operational efficiency are achieved while maintaining a positive and productive work environment. Responsibilities include supervising production activities, training operators, monitoring output and quality, coordinating manpower, and ensuring SOP and safety compliance.

Qualifications

• Diploma/NITEC or equivalent qualification in Engineering, Manufacturing, Production or related field.
• Minimum 3 years of supervisory experience in a manufacturing environment.
• Experience in water treatment, beverage, food manufacturing, or related industries is advantageous.

Responsibilities

• Supervise daily production activities to ensure smooth operations and timely completion of production schedules.
• Lead, train, and motivate production operators and technicians.
• Monitor production output, quality standards, and productivity targets.
• Coordinate manpower allocation to meet operational requirements.
• Ensure compliance with company SOPs, workplace safety, and quality requirements.
• Investigate production issues and implement corrective and preventive actions.
• Monitor machine performance and coordinate maintenance activities to minimize downtime.
• Work closely with Production Planning, Warehouse, QC/QA, and other departments.
• Maintain accurate production records, reports, and documentation.
• Support continuous improvement initiatives to enhance productivity and reduce wastage.
