WORLDWIDE TECHNICAL SERVICES PTE. LTD. in Singapore seeks a diligent Gas & Liquid Sample Analyst to ensure customer specifications are met through rigorous analytics and ISO-compliant workflows.

You will perform calibrations, maintain traceability, support ad-hoc services, and participate in safety programmes and continuous improvement initiatives while working based in Tuas.

Formación

• Diploma or ITE in Chemistry, Chemical Engineering, or related field.
• Experience operating and maintaining analytical instrumentation.
• Strong knowledge of quality management systems (ISO) and standards.
• Excellent communication with internal teams and customers.
• Fresh graduates encouraged to apply.

Responsabilidades

• Analyse gas and liquid samples independently according to written procedures, meeting customer specifications.
• Perform calibrations and work safely in accordance with safety requirements, reporting any near misses.
• Support off-site or ad-hoc analytical services when required.
• Participate in safety and quality committees or programmes, the emergency response team, 5S or any other committee as instructed by the supervisor.
• Record all related work as required, through the scanning system or standard documentation, for traceability.
• Ensure product non-compliance reporting, proper record processing, and verification of incoming and outgoing certification, upholding the quality management system in accordance with ISO standards.
• Involve and assist in efficiency and continuous process improvement projects.

Our client is a leading industrial gases company in Singapore, supplying gases, equipment, services and packaged solutions to the manufacturing industry.

This role is responsible for analysing gas and liquid samples to meet customer specifications, while ensuring all work complies with safety requirements and ISO quality standards. It involves performing calibrations, maintaining detailed traceability through documentation, supporting ad-hoc analytical services, and actively participating in safety programmes and continuous improvement projects. The role is based in Tuas.

Key Responsibilities

• Analyse gas and liquid samples independently according to written procedures, meeting customer specifications
• Perform calibrations and work safely in accordance with safety requirements, reporting any near misses

Requirements

• Diploma or ITE certification in Chemistry, Chemical Engineering or a related field
• Proven experience operating and maintaining analytical instrumentation
• Strong foundational knowledge of quality management systems and standards
• Excellent communication skills for effective interaction with both internal teams and external customers
• Demonstrated troubleshooting abilities to identify and resolve technical or process issues
