Job summary

Pall Corporation in Singapore’s Benoi sector is seeking a Production Associate II to join the on-site Production Operations team. You will perform production tasks aligned with EHS and quality standards, operate equipment to spec, and keep materials ready for continuous output.

The role also supports process improvements and collaborates with the supervisor and team to maintain safe, efficient operations.

Qualifications

• Secondary educated graduate with 2+ years in manufacturing or NITEC with 1+ year experience is preferred.
• Good teamwork and communication skills are required.
• Willingness to rotate shifts and lift up to 20 kg as needed.

The Production Associate II is responsible for carry out production activities which adhere to EHS and Quality guidelines, regulations, policies, procedures and 5S methodology.

This position reports to the Production Supervisor and is part of the Production Operation Team located in Benoi Sector, Singapore and will be an on-site role.

In this role, you will have the opportunity to:

• Carry out production activities which adhere to EHS and Quality guidelines, regulations, policies, procedures and 5S methodology; Operate machines/equipment at the required specifications and ensure all materials are readily available

• Support improvement efforts and assigned projects

• Work in a team environment on day-to-day operations which includes preliminary troubleshooting of machines or equipment and other appropriate duties as assigned

The essential requirements of the job include:

• Secondary educated graduate with at least 2 years of relevant manufacturing experience or NITEC graduate with at least 1 year of relevant manufacturing experience is preferred

• Able to work and communicate effectively in a team

• Flexible to work in rotating shifts and comfortable in occasional lifting or carrying of objects weighing up to 20kg

It would be a plus if you also possess previous experience in:

• Working experience in cleanroom manufacturing environment is preferred

• SAP or other ERP experience (specifically in manufacturing environment)
