Job summary

Pall Corporation, a Danaher operating company, is seeking a Production Associate II at our Benoi Sector site in Singapore. This on-site role supports production activities aligned with EHS and Quality guidelines, and follows 5S methodology.

You will operate machines, assist with materials readiness, participate in improvement projects, and collaborate with a team to meet daily manufacturing targets while ensuring safety and quality standards.

Qualifications

• Secondary education with 2+ years' manufacturing experience, or NITEC with 1+ year.
• Ability to work effectively in a team and communicate clearly.
• Willingness to rotate shifts and lift up to 20 kg occasionally.

Responsibilities

• Carry out production activities in line with EHS and Quality guidelines, regulations, policies, procedures and 5S methodology; operate machines/equipment at required specifications and ensure materials are readily available.
• Support improvement efforts and assigned projects.
• Work in a team environment on day-to-day operations including preliminary troubleshooting of machines or equipment and other duties as assigned.

The Production Associate II is responsible for carry out production activities which adhere to EHS and Quality guidelines, regulations, policies, procedures and 5S methodology.

This position reports to the Production Supervisor and is part of the Production Operation Team located in Benoi Sector, Singapore and will be an on-site role.

In this role, you will have the opportunity to:

• Carry out production activities which adhere to EHS and Quality guidelines, regulations, policies, procedures and 5S methodology; Operate machines/equipment at the required specifications and ensure all materials are readily available
• Support improvement efforts and assigned projects
• Work in a team environment on day-to-day operations which includes preliminary troubleshooting of machines or equipment and other appropriate duties as assigned

The essential requirements of the job include:

• Secondary educated graduate with at least 2 years of relevant manufacturing experience or NITEC graduate with at least 1 year of relevant manufacturing experience is preferred
• Able to work and communicate effectively in a team
• Flexible to work in rotating shifts and comfortable in occasional lifting or carrying of objects weighing up to 20kg

It would be a plus if you also possess previous experience in:

• Working experience in cleanroom manufacturing environment is preferred
• SAP or other ERP experience (specifically in manufacturing environment)
