Job summary

Advanced Manufacturing Tech Solutions (AMTSOL) in Singapore seeks an experienced IT Helpdesk Support Specialist for Laboratory IT in a pharmaceutical manufacturing setting. The role focuses on supporting Laboratory IT systems, ensuring system reliability, data integrity, and regulatory compliance under GXP/GMP requirements.

The successful candidate will have 5–7 years in IT support, a Bachelor’s degree in IT, and strong skills in hardware/software troubleshooting, networking, and IT security.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.
• 5–7 years of working experience in IT support roles, preferably in a laboratory or pharmaceutical manufacturing environment.
• Familiarity with GXP and GMP regulations, with experience in implementing and maintaining compliant IT systems and processes.
• Strong technical skills in hardware and software troubleshooting, network administration, and IT security.

Responsibilities

• Provide technical support and troubleshooting for Laboratory IT systems, including hardware, software, and network infrastructure.
• Collaborate with laboratory staff and IT teams to address technical issues, ensure system reliability, and minimize downtime while complying with GXP/GMP regulations.
• Perform routine maintenance tasks, including system updates, backups, and security patches, to maintain integrity and security of laboratory IT systems.
• Assist in implementing new IT systems and technologies, ensuring seamless integration with existing laboratory workflows and compliance requirements.
• Document support activities, incident reports, service requests, and resolution procedures to maintain records of IT support and compliance.
