Advanced Manufacturing Tech Solutions (AMTSOL) is seeking a hands-on Laboratory IT professional to lead benchtop continuous improvement initiatives and support GMP systems on a 6-month contract in Singapore. The role focuses on coordinating projects, driving action closure, and enhancing efficiency.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree required in information technology, Computer Engineering, Automation, Instrumentation, Life Sciences, or related discipline.
• Minimum 5 years of experience supporting Laboratory IT, Benchtop Systems, Analytical Instruments, or GMP computerized systems.
• Demonstrated experience coordinating projects, improvement initiatives, or cross-functional workstreams in a regulated environment.

Responsibilities

• Lead and coordinate defined Benchtop continuous improvement projects, including project plans, milestones, risks, actions, benefits tracking, and timely status reporting.
• Support the Benchtop Team Lead to maintain clear work priorities, action tracking, and follow-up for planned activities, deviations, and improvement actions.
• Analyse current support processes to identify duplicated work, unclear handoffs, manual steps, and recurring causes of delay or rework; implement practical and compliant improvements.
• Coordinate with Laboratory Operations, Quality, Manufacturing, Engineering, Infrastructure, vendors, System Owners, and Business Owners to align on project priorities, requirements, decisions, and timelines.
• Develop and maintain practical project tools, such as action logs, trackers, work plans, process maps, dashboards, and standard templates.
• Provide hands-on technical support and troubleshooting for GMP Benchtop and Analytical Systems as required.
