Job summary

AMTSOL is seeking a hands-on Benchtop CI Lead CW to support GMP Benchtop and Analytical Systems on a 6-month contract in Singapore. You will collaborate with the Benchtop Team Lead to coordinate improvement projects, track actions, and ensure timely delivery while maintaining compliance.

The role emphasizes hands-on Laboratory IT support and cross-functional coordination with Quality, Manufacturing, Engineering, and Vendors to drive efficiency, develop standard templates, and report on progress

Qualifications

Bachelor's degree in IT/engineering or life sciences.
Minimum 5 years of experience supporting Laboratory IT, Benchtop Systems, Analytical Instruments, or GMP Computerized Systems.
Experience coordinating projects or cross-functional workstreams in a regulated environment.

Responsibilities

Lead and coordinate Benchtop CI projects with plans, milestones, risks, and action tracking.
Support Team Lead to maintain priorities and follow-ups for activities, deviations, and actions.
Analyze processes to reduce delay, remove duplication, and implement compliant improvements.
Coordinate with Laboratory Ops, Quality, Manufacturing, Eng, Infrastructure, vendors, and owners.
Develop tools: action logs, trackers, dashboards, templates for projects.
Provide hands-on technical support for GMP Benchtop and Analytical Systems.
