Job summary

PerkinElmer is seeking a capable sales professional to support the After Market Sales team in selling reagents and consumables across Singapore. The role involves managing dealers, achieving targets, and coordinating service projects with strong customer interaction.

You will provide pre-sales technical assistance, product education, and after-sales support while negotiating tender terms and cultivating relationships with clients and partners.

Qualifications

• Professional Certificate, Diploma or Degree in Business Administration or related discipline.
• 5+ years in laboratory sales/service; experience with managing dealers preferred.
• Able to multitask and stay organized in daily activities.
• Strong interpersonal and relationship-building skills.
• Excellent persuasion and communication abilities.
• Hands-on SAP and MS Office knowledge is advantageous.
• Team player who can work independently with minimal supervision.
• Must possess own transport to travel within Singapore.

Responsibilities

• Support After Market Sales team in selling reagents and consumables.
• Manage dealer network and channel sales & marketing relationships.
• Achieve sales targets and coordinate service projects.
• Provide pre-sales technical assistance and product education, and after-sales support.
• Negotiate tender and contract terms to meet client and company needs.
• Submit quotations, follow up, and manage client accounts.
• Analyze costs and sales and prepare reports.
• Support marketing by attending trade shows and events.
• Deliver technical presentations and product demonstrations to clients.
• Engage existing customers/dealers and search for new clients to maximize potential.
• Travel to visit customers and attend relevant trade shows.
