Job summary

JAC Recruitment Pte. Ltd. is seeking an experienced SailPoint IAM support professional for a 6-month agency contract role in Singapore. You will provide L2 support for SailPoint and related integrations, ensuring incidents and access requests are resolved within SLA.

Responsibilites include monitoring platform health, performing root cause analysis, supporting upgrades and audits, and collaborating with business users, vendors, and technical teams to maintain seamless operations.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree in IT, Computer Science or related field.
• At least 3 years of SailPoint IAM support experience.
• Hands-on experience in user access management, provisioning, access governance, and identity lifecycle management.
• Strong troubleshooting and problem-solving skills.
• Experience in Corporate Banking or Financial Services environment.
• Knowledge of SailPoint connectors, integrations, onboarding, and synchronization.
• Strong stakeholder and vendor management skills.
• SailPoint certification is a plus.
