Job summary

JAC Recruitment in Singapore is seeking a candidate for a 6-month agency contract role to provide L2 SailPoint IAM support and governance. You will investigate incidents, monitor health, and collaborate with vendors and internal teams to ensure compliant operations.

The role requires a Bachelor's degree in IT or Computer Science and hands-on experience with SailPoint, identity lifecycle management, and access provisioning in a corporate banking or financial services setting.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree in IT or Computer Science.
• At least 3 years of SailPoint IAM support experience.
• Hands-on experience in user access management, provisioning, access governance, and identity lifecycle management.
• Strong troubleshooting and problem-solving skills.
• Experience in Corporate Banking or Financial Services environment.
• Knowledge of SailPoint connectors, integrations, application onboarding, and identity synchronization.
• Strong stakeholder and vendor management skills.
• SailPoint certification is good to have.

Responsibilities

• Provide L2 support for SailPoint and related integrations.

• Monitor platform health, workflows, connectors, and batch jobs.
• Perform root cause analysis and implement preventive measures.
• Support upgrades, releases, audits, and compliance requirements.
