Job summary

RMA CONTRACTS PTE. LTD. in Hillview, Singapore invites you to join a supportive IT team for hands-on experience and career exposure.

Applicants should note a 2-month onboarding wait after the interview; if your current contract ends in 1–3 months, this is a timely opportunity. The role covers Level 1 IT troubleshooting, data collation and dashboard reporting, and coordination with service partners for account creation and changes in line with IT and security policies.

Qualifications

Diploma in IT / Computing/ Engineering or ITE Certificate with relevant IT experience

Responsibilities

Level 1 IT troubleshooting.
Collate, analyse and maintain data records for service standards tracking, dashboard reporting, audit and governance.
Coordinating with service partners for account creation, updates, enabling/disabling, deletion in accordance to prevailing IT and security policies.
Manage IT provisioning and IT induction on new hires first day of work.
Support IT projects e.g. coordination with stakeholders and employees, data progress tracking.
Facilitate IT configuration changes and account access rights.
Guide users on the policies, processes and responsibilities in management of IT devices and accounts.
