RMA Group is offering an entry-level IT support position at Hillview, Singapore. You will handle Level 1 IT troubleshooting, manage provisioning for new hires, and maintain data for service standards and governance.

Applicants with a Diploma in IT/Computing/Engineering or ITE certificate and relevant experience are invited to apply. The role runs Monday to Friday, 8:30am–6:00pm, with a contract up to Jan 2029 and a yearly bonus opportunity.

Qualifications

• Diploma in IT / Computing / Engineering or ITE Certificate with relevant IT experience.

Responsabilités

• Level 1 IT troubleshooting.
• Collate, analyse and maintain data records for service standards tracking, dashboard reporting, audit and governance.
• Coordinating with service partners for account creation, updates, enabling/disabling, deletion in accordance to prevailing IT and security policies.
• Manage IT provisioning and IT induction on new hires first day of work.
• Support IT projects e.g. coordination with stakeholders and employees, data progress tracking.
• Facilitate IT configuration changes and account access rights.
• Guide users on the policies, processes and responsibilities in management of IT devices and accounts.
