Job summary

RMA CONTRACTS PTE. LTD. invites applications for an IT support role in Hillview. The position starts after onboarding, with a contract through Jan 2029.

Salary ranges from SGD 2,600 to SGD 3,200 monthly, plus a yearly bonus and 18 days of annual leave. Working hours are Monday to Friday, 8:30am–6:00pm. Responsibilities include Level 1 IT troubleshooting, data collection and reporting, user provisioning, IT induction for new hires, and coordination with service partners to enforce security

Qualifications

• Diploma in IT / Computing / Engineering or ITE Certificate with relevant IT experience.
• Experience in IT support and data handling is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Level 1 IT troubleshooting.
• Collate, analyse and maintain data records for service standards tracking, dashboard reporting, audit and governance.
• Coordinating with service partners for account creation, updates, enabling/disabling, deletion in accordance to prevailing IT and security policies.
• Manage IT provisioning and IT induction on new hires first day of work.
• Support IT projects e.g. coordination with stakeholders and employees, data progress tracking.
• Facilitate IT configuration changes and account access rights.
• Guide users on the policies, processes and responsibilities in management of IT devices and accounts.
