Qualifications

• Diploma or equivalent required.
• At least 1 year of related work experience.

Responsibilities

• Assist the Director of Learning and Development with aligned training and development activities.
• Maintain knowledge on brand and leadership development tools and resources.
• Ensure Training Manuals are updated and formatted correctly.
• Coordinate and participate in associates' relations events.
• Assist in ensuring compliance with ethics and brand standards training.
• Support in implementing Marriott e-Learning platform and Learning Coordinator tasks.
• Monitor and track mandatory trainings and training records.
• Prepare for training classes, liaising for venues and materials.
• Represent brand values in training and development activities.
• Promote a culture of continuous learning and excellence.
