Job summary

CapitaLand Group is seeking a proactive L&D support specialist in Singapore to assist in analysing, designing and developing learning programmes. You will help implement and evaluate initiatives and deploy e-learning content via the LMS.

You will prepare training reports, analytics and programme documentation, coordinate logistics for workshops, and liaise with internal stakeholders to ensure smooth delivery of learning experiences.

Qualifications

• Pursuing or holding a Diploma/Degree in HR, Business, Psychology, Education, or Communications.
• Strong organizational and time-management skills.
• Detail-oriented with solid administrative and coordination abilities.
• Proficient in Office apps; LMS familiarity is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Support analysis, design, and development of L&D programmes.
• Assist in implementation, coordination, and evaluation of L&D initiatives.
• Assist in development, administration, and deployment of e-learning content through LMS.
• Prepare training reports and learning analytics.
• Coordinate training logistics and provide admin support for workshops.
• Liaise with stakeholders to ensure smooth delivery of learning programmes.
• Provide support for ad hoc L&D projects.
