Job summary

Plaza Premium Group seeks an experienced Learning & Development Manager to steer global learning strategies and ensure timely, high-quality performance support across 200+ locations. You will partner with multiple departments, coach the L&D team, and drive continuous improvement in policies and training delivery.

The role requires a strategic mindset, collaboration across cultures, and travel readiness for a dynamic hospitality environment.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in HR or related field.
• 8 years in Learning & Development incl. design and facilitation.
• Certifications in branded training products and psychometric tools (MBTI, 360 assessments, DISC) a plus.
• Hands-on experience in E-learning design, career development and talent management.
• Management experience in designing and delivering cultural change programs/projects in a global context.
• Experience working with global teams in matrix organizations.
• Strong interpersonal, written and verbal communication; ability to travel.
• Independent, proactive and collaborative work style.

Responsibilities

• Identify and review training needs across airport lounges and outlets to maintain customer service quality.
• Develop KPIs on learning effectiveness.
• Plan and manage learning calendar initiatives for Managers, Operational colleagues, Management Trainees and Interns.
• Conduct training needs assessments and recommend training solutions aligned with company goals.
• Plan, develop, conduct and supervise training programs according to business needs.
• Update training manuals and liaise with overseas managers on delivery.
• Plan, review, and monitor Training Budget & Training Plan.
• Train and manage internal trainers for effective delivery.
• Collaborate with external Training providers on programs.
• Seek solutions to improve operations workflows.
• Manage learning program administration and training records; monitor budget allocations.
• Assist in setting up new operations and involvement in business development.
• Participate in ad hoc projects assigned by the company.
