Job summary

NIPPON SANSO SINGAPORE LTD is seeking an Learning & Development Coordinator to assist in designing and delivering training programmes, materials, and digital learning solutions. The role includes LMS maintenance, onboarding support, and coordinating training activities with employees and providers.

The position offers collaboration across departments, opportunities to work with diverse learners and external partners, and a focus on continuous improvement of learning initiatives.

Qualifications

• Diploma or Degree in Education, Learning & Development, HR or related field.
• 2 years’ experience in Learning & Development, training, HR or related field; fresh grads with internship welcome.
• Good communication, presentation and facilitation skills.
• Experience in developing training materials, learning resources and/or digital learning content.
• Strong organisational and coordination skills with ability to manage multiple activities and deadlines.
• Good interpersonal and stakeholder management skills with employees, managers and training providers.
• Strong digital literacy with familiarity in LMS and online learning tools.
• Proactive, learner-focused approach; willing to learn and develop new skills.
• Ability to work independently while contributing as part of a team.
• Experience in technical/industrial/engineering/oil & gas or related environment will be highly regarded.

Responsibilities

• Identify learning and development needs and assist in developing relevant training programmes and learning solutions.
• Assist in developing training materials, e-learning content and other learning resources; support facilitation of training sessions and workshops.
• Coordinate learning activities, including course registration, training logistics, participant enrolment, scheduling and communications with employees and training providers.
• Support onboarding and induction programmes, employee engagement initiatives and other L&D activities.
• Maintain training records and the LMS; support administration and coordination of learning programmes.
• Support performance management activities, including coordination, documentation and tracking of processes.
