Job summary

Compass Group (S) Pte Ltd is seeking a Learning & Development professional to plan, implement, and manage the organization’s Learning Management System (LMS) and video learning initiatives. You will coordinate content uploads, learner enrolments, assessments, and reporting, while ensuring data accuracy for audits.

The role includes developing training programs, facilitator guides, and certifications, plus driving engagement and trainer development across hospitality-focused operations.

Qualifications

Degree in Human Resources, Learning & Development, Psychology, Education, Business, Communications, or related discipline.

Responsibilities

Implement and support LMS planning, execution and administration.
Coordinate LMS content uploads, enrolment, assessments, certifications, and reporting.
Monitor learning completion and generate analytics for management reporting.
Partner with IT and HR to troubleshoot LMS issues and improve user experience.
Support video learning creation, training curricula and trainer development.
Manage engagement programmes and collect feedback to improve delivery.
