Job summary

Bosch Training Center East Asia (C/BTC-EA) is seeking a motivated Learning & Development intern to support operations and learning initiatives across East Asia, collaborating with a seasoned team in a corporate setting.

You will assist in planning trainings, design materials, coordinate events, manage vendor communications, and explore innovative learning approaches, including AI tools, to enhance participant engagement and knowledge retention.

Qualifications

• Educational background in Human Resources, Psychology, Communications, or related field.
• Strong interest in learning and development or organizational learning.
• Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written.
• Strong organization and time management, with the ability to prioritize tasks and meet deadlines.
• Self-motivated and adaptable, with initiative.
• Experience in developing visual or presentation aids and materials.
• Experience working across cultures or regional/global teams.
• Experience in using Generative AI tools.
• Creative portfolio, blog, or passion project.

Responsibilities

• Assist in planning and coordinating resources for on-site trainings and workshops, including room setup, participant communication, and vendor management.
• Design and develop materials for learning initiatives and programmes to enhance engagement and retention.
• Assist in planning and event management of learning initiatives, including vendor management and communications.
• Ensure training expenses for on-site trainings and workshops are processed promptly, maintaining accurate records.
• Research and propose new, engaging, and innovative learning activities, technologies, and content.
• Co-facilitate sessions to gain facilitation experience.
• Support other HR and L&D projects as necessary.
