Job summary

EssilorLuxottica is seeking a motivated Regional Learning & Development Intern to join the Leonardo Regional Team in Southeast Asia & Korea. You will support planning, delivery, and regional programmes, gaining hands-on experience across training operations, digital platforms, learner engagement and content development.

Qualifications

• Pursuing a degree in Learning & Development, HR, Business, Communications, Marketing, Education or related discipline.
• Ability to commit for minimum 6 months (Jan–Jun/Jul, 2027).
• Strong organisational and coordination skills with attention to detail and timelines.
• Excellent written and verbal English communication across markets and cultures.
• Creative and digitally savvy; familiarity with Canva or similar tools is a plus.
• Proficient in PowerPoint and Excel; comfortable with presentations, trackers and reports.
• Comfortable with data and basic reporting including KPIs and learner metrics.
• Familiarity with AI-powered tools for creativity and productivity is advantageous.

Responsibilities

• Assist in planning and coordinating virtual classes, webinars, workshops and regional learning events.
• Coordinate event logistics, schedules, participant communications, materials and registrations.
• Provide on-site or virtual support to ensure smooth delivery of learning activities.
• Develop and update presentations, learning materials, guides and digital resources.
• Create learner communications and promotional materials for initiatives.
• Support adaptation of content for different markets and learner audiences.
• Track learner registrations, participation and completion rates.
