Job summary

Bosch Building Technologies Europe in Singapore offers an immersive internship in Learning & Development within Bosch Training Centre East Asia. You will support operations and learning initiatives, collaborating with experienced professionals to gain hands-on exposure in a corporate setting.

Responsibilities include coordinating trainings, designing materials, event planning, and assisting with budgeting for training sessions.

Qualifications

• Pursuing or completing degree in HR, psychology, communications or related field.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.
• Ability to manage multiple tasks and meet deadlines.
• Interest in learning and development or organizational learning.

Responsibilities

• Assist in planning and coordinating resources for on-site trainings and workshops, including room setup, participant communication, and vendor management.
• Design and develop materials for learning initiatives to enhance engagement and knowledge retention.
• Assist in planning and event management of learning initiatives, including vendor management and communications.
• Ensure training expenses are processed promptly with accurate records.
• Research and propose new learning activities and technologies to improve existing materials.
• Co-facilitate sessions to gain experience in engaging audiences.
• Support other HR and L&D projects to broaden exposure.
