Job summary

Bosch ASEAN invites an eager learner to join the Learning & Development team at the Bosch Training Centre East Asia as an intern. You will gain hands-on experience in coordinating trainings, developing learning materials, and supporting HR projects within a corporate environment in Singapore.

Qualifications

• Educational background in Human Resources, Psychology, Communications or related field.
• Strong interest in learning and development or organizational learning.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Strong organisational and time management abilities.
• Self-motivated, adaptable, with a proactive attitude.

Responsibilities

• Assist in planning and coordinating resources for on-site trainings and workshops, including room setup, participant communication, and vendor management.
• Design and develop materials for learning initiatives and programmes to improve engagement and retention.
• Assist in planning and event management of learning initiatives, including vendor management and communications.
• Ensure training expenses for on-site trainings are processed promptly and records kept accurately.
• Research and propose new learning activities, technologies and content to enhance materials.
