Job summary

GMP Technologies in Singapore East is seeking an HR Specialist, L&D to lead learning and development initiatives for a manufacturing MNC. You will partner with stakeholders, conduct annual needs analysis, manage the training budget, and coordinate both in-house and external programs to meet business needs and regulatory requirements.

The role requires 5+ years in L&D, HR operations experience, and strong MS Office skills.

Qualifications

• Degree in HR Management/Business Studies or equivalent.
• Minimum of 5 years' Learning & Development experience.
• Prior HR Operations exposure and strong MS Office skills.

Responsibilities

• Partner with stakeholders to identify learning needs and develop the Learning Plan.
• Lead annual learning needs analysis and manage training budget.
• Source external partners for content, negotiate terms and contracts.
• Develop and update orientation materials for new hires.
• Coordinate and run in-house or external training programs.
• Review training calendars and monitor program utilization.
• Generate training reports and handle policy-related inquiries.
