Job summary

Knight Frank is seeking a Learning & Development (L&D) Executive to support administration and execution of training programs across the organisation. You will maintain training records, liaise with staff and external providers, and ensure programs meet business needs.

With at least 3 years in L&D, you will be preferred to have ACTA or ACLP and a Diploma or higher in Human Resource Management. This role offers growth opportunities, a collaborative team, and a chance to advance in

Qualifications

At least 3 years in Learning & Development or similar discipline.
ACTA or ACLP certification preferred.
Diploma or higher in Human Resource Management required or preferred.

Responsibilities

Oversee the administration of course registration, certification processes, training subsidies, and payment management.
Maintain comprehensive training records and evaluate the effectiveness of training programs to support organizational goals.
Regularly review and update internal and external training courses for relevance to business objectives.
Partner with management to assess and identify training needs across the organization.
Source and collaborate with external training providers to design and deliver learning solutions.
Manage the organization’s training calendar, SOPs, and training policies.
Lead mentorship programs and other internal development initiatives.
