PERSOL is seeking a driven and organised professional to support leadership development initiatives, capability-building programmes and stakeholder engagement activities in Buona Vista. This role offers the opportunity to contribute to meaningful learning interventions that strengthen organisational leadership capabilities.

You will coordinate planning and delivery of programmes, liaise with internal and external partners, monitor timelines, and compile evaluations.

Qualifications

• Degree in HRM, Business, Psychology, OD, Education or related discipline.
• Min. 3 years in Learning & Development or Leadership Development.
• Experience supporting training or capability development initiatives.
• Strong project coordination and stakeholder management.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office, esp. PowerPoint and Excel.

Working hours: Monday to Thursday, 8:30AM - 6:00PM. Friday, 8:30AM - 5:30PM

Salary: up to $4,500/month

Contract: 1 year - extendable/convertible subject to performance & business needs

About you

• Degree in Human Resource Management, Business, Psychology, Organisational Development, Education or related disciplines.
• Min. 3 years of relevant experience in Learning & Development, Talent Development, Leadership Development, Organisational Development or Human Capital programmes.
• Experience supporting training, leadership or capability development initiatives will be advantageous.
• Strong project coordination and stakeholder management skills.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office applications, particularly PowerPoint and Excel.
• Strong analytical and organisational skills.
• Ability to manage multiple projects and deadlines effectively.
