Job summary

Public Service Division (Singapore) is seeking a Knowledge Management officer to plan, administer and develop PSD’s records management policies and KM capabilities. You will work with the KM team to implement process changes and promote new ways of working, reinforcing the right behaviours and mindsets.

You will collaborate with the IT Team to drive digital KM solutions, deploy new tools through change management, and engage stakeholders to advance RM and KM initiatives while ensuring robust

Qualifications

• At least 2 years of experience in records management or registry work.
• Familiarity with taxonomy is advantageous.

Responsibilities

• Plan and develop PSD’s records management policies and KM capabilities.
• Collaborate with the IT team to automate KM processes.
• Drive change management and digital enablement for KM initiatives.
• Plan stakeholder engagement and outreach for RM and KM.
• Ensure PSD’s KM assets are governed by robust policies and frameworks.
• Manage day-to-day registry operations.
• Coordinate with National Archives of Singapore on retention, preservation and declassification of records.
• Ensure safekeeping and easy retrieval of records.
