Responsibilities

• Oversee Records Management across electronic and physical records lifecycle.
• Curate organisational knowledge repositories and SOPs.
• Support digitisation projects and migrate physical records to digital repositories.
• Enhance searchability and accessibility of corporate knowledge.
• Provide staff guidance on records management policies and procedures.
• Lead Oral History Programme to capture institutional knowledge.
