Job summary

Manpower Singapore is seeking a Knowledge Management Coordinator to provide operational and administrative support for the KM function in the CBD. The role focuses on maintaining knowledge assets, repositories, workflows, and collaboration platforms, ensuring information is current and accessible for staff.

You will manage intranet and knowledge base administration, document and records management, and KM-related workflows.

Qualifications

• Experience in knowledge management and intranet administration.
• Experience with SharePoint and Microsoft 365.
• Ability to manage multiple priorities and deadlines.

Responsibilities

• Maintain intranet and knowledge repositories, ensuring content is current and organized.
• Manage publishing schedules and archive outdated information.
• Coordinate with content owners to refresh information periodically.
• Support metadata tagging and content indexing.
