CHWAN Urban Food PTE. LTD. operates three Chinese restaurants in Chijmes, Marina Bay and Sentosa, Singapore.

We are seeking an assistant chef to join our kitchen team and support daily operations across multiple concepts in a premium casual environment. In this role you will assist with daily food preparation, mise en place, ingredient prep, and basic stove work while maintaining clean, organized workstations and strict hygiene standards.

Responsabilidades

• Assist with daily food preparation and mise en place
• Cutting, chopping and preparing ingredients
• Organising and maintaining the kitchen and workstations
• Cleaning and maintaining kitchen equipment and work areas
• Assist chefs with basic cooking and simple stove work
• Support stock arrangement and daily kitchen operations
• Follow food hygiene and safety standards
• Follow chef SOP and cook dishes
