Job summary

TINA LI NOODLE PTE. LTD. in Singapore is seeking a cook to assist the Head Chef in the daily operation of the kitchen, preparing and cooking Chinese noodles to established standards, and handling food preparation.

The role requires standing for extended periods, ability to work rotating shifts including weekends and public holidays, and good communication in Chinese is an advantage. Basic Food Hygiene WSQ Level 1 certification is preferred or willingness to obtain.

Qualifications

• Prior experience working in a kitchen/hawker/restaurant environment.
• Possess a valid Basic Food Hygiene Certificate (WSQ Food Safety Course Level 1) or be willing to obtain it upon employment.
• Physically well and able to stand for extended periods.
• Able to work on rotating shifts, weekends and public holidays based on operational requirements.
• Ability to communicate in spoken Chinese to liaise with Chinese-speaking customers and kitchen staff would be an advantage.
