SAN REN XING (BUGIS) PTE. LTD. is seeking a Chef to support our restaurant team at Thomson Plaza, Bugis Junction or Bedok Mall. The role focuses on managing kitchen operations, preparing ingredients, and cooking designated menu items with consistent quality.

The candidate must have at least 2 years of kitchen experience, be able to work on public holidays and weekends, and be willing to commit to a 6-day work week. Benefits include meals, uniforms, and medical coverage.

Qualifications

• Minimum 2 years kitchen experience in the restaurant.
• Able to work on Public Holidays and Weekends.
• 6 days work per week.

Responsibilities

• Manage the operations of the kitchen.
• Responsible for food ingredients preparation and cook designated items on the menu.
• Ensure all foods prepared are of the same quality and consistency.
• Upkeep working condition of kitchen equipment.
• Adhere to statutory food hygiene and sanitation guidelines.
