Job summary

SAN REN XIN 三人行 is seeking Floor Supervisors to support our restaurant team across three outlets in Thomson Plaza, Bugis Junction and Bedok Mall. You will monitor dining area setup and safety, coordinate service between kitchen and floor staff, and assist with cashiering and daily sales reports.

The role requires 2+ years of F&B supervisory experience, willingness to work on public holidays and weekends, and a 6-day work week. Competitive salary and benefits are provided.

Qualifications

• Minimum 2 years food & beverage experience in managerial or supervisory level.
• Able to work on Public Holiday and Weekends.
• 6 days work per week.
• Work location: Thomson Plaza, Bugis Junction or Bedok Mall.

Responsibilities

• Monitor setup, maintenance, clean and safety of dining areas.

Roles & Responsibilities:

• Monitor setup,maintenance, clean and safety of dining areas
• Perform dutieslike ordering, serving, clearing and setting table
• Coordinate foodservice between kitchen and service crew
• Promote salesand be familiar with promotions and menu
• To handlecashiering duties and daily sales reports.
• Constantlyobtain customer feedback
• Adherestatutory food hygiene and sanitation guidelines
• Good interpersonal and communicationskill
• Performad-hocduties as assigned
