SAN REN XIN 三人行 in Singapore is seeking a dedicated Chef to support our restaurant team. You will manage kitchen operations and prepare ingredients while maintaining quality and consistency across the menu.

With 2 years of kitchen experience, you will work 6 days a week at Thomson Plaza, Bugis Junction or Bedok Mall, including public holidays and weekends. We offer meals, uniforms, leave, medical benefits, staff discounts and insurance.

Qualifications

• Minimum2 years kitchen experience in the restaurant.
• Able to work on Public Holiday and Weekends.
• 6 days work per week.
• Work location: Thomson Plaza, Bugis Junction or Bedok Mall.

Responsibilities

• Manage the operations of the kitchen.
• Responsible for food ingredients preparation and cook designated items on the menu.
• Ensure all foods prepared are done with the same level of quality and consistency.
• Upkeep working condition of kitchen equipment.
• Adhere statutory food hygiene and sanitation guidelines.
